Why Hold Isaiah Jackson?

SUNDAY QUICK HITS

  • Bam buy low is starting to close, he's been playing better of late. We also got the good Herro today though he didn't do anything else outside the 34 points.

  • Kyle Lowry's showing he still got some legs left. He's 90th this year even on 35% FG shooting. I think he'll end around that range as the ups and downs even out.

  • Mike Brown stuck with his starters ala Nick Nurse today- will that stick? Good for Kevin Huerter if so- he got 38 minutes to Monk's 13. A 0-4 start can get a coach do drastic things. Add Huerter again with this development.

  • Domantas Sabonis continues to struggle either with foul trouble or poor play. If you can get him for cheap, I'd try to do so- swap Christian Wood/John Collins type for him.

  • Speaking of tightening rotations, the Warriors played basically 6 guys heavy minutes today, something to watch out for tom's B2B.

  • Is Klay washed? I don't think so, he's not as good as pre-injury Klay but he's still a good shooter. I still think he was drafted too high in drafts. I have him more close to the 7th-8th round.

  • DSJ redemption tour continues- hold until he loses minutes. PJ Wash explosion, got some C minutes late- which I like- his value if gets more small ball 5 minutes.

  • If Charlotte plays smaller more, Jalen McDaniels and Kelly Oubre gets big boost. Jalen's still a hold specially if he continues getting high 20+ minutes a game.

  • IJax game alert- no Myles Turner = 31 minutes for Jackson. 18-10-4-2B game exhibit A as to why you can't drop him even when he gets 12-15 minutes a game- upside just too high.

  • Rest of Indy are doing as expected- Hali's 15th this year but has room to grow if steals go back to 2.0 a game. Hield's a sell high while Mathurin had a big 32 point game to prop his value up again. I believe you can swap him for a more well-rounded player if you want like OG Annunoby.

  • After strong start, James Harden has averaged 17 PPG in the past 5, shooting 35% FG. Rebs, Assists are still there, but we won't get 25 PPG from him this season so if you drafted him, watch out for your points category.

  • Alex Caruso's got 35 minutes today with Ayo Donsunmu out, he's been racking up the stocks lately so I'd add him specially with the Bulls' streaming schedule for week 3.

  • John Collins has fallen back to earth after a super start. I'm not worried, he'll bounce back. DeAndre Hunter's had his usual line of points and nothing else- he's not someone I'm interested in at all. Meanwhile, the stars remain good while Capela's going to continue having low end solid big man stats.

  • Brook Lopez is just being silly right now. He had 'only' 2 blocks but then hits 5 3s and 21 points. Enjoy it while it lasts. Jrue Holiday finally broke out. The shots will eventually fall that's why he was such a buy low option.

  • Did the Thunder not get the memo about tanking? Another great win over a contending team. SGA was superb again and the sell window remains open. As per experience, it won't last for the whole season so shop around.

  • Pick up Jalen Williams if available. Not Jaylin, Jalen- the rookie's going to be good and will overtake Aaron Wiggins, Kenrich Williams in no time.

  • Christian Wood has also slowed down the past few games. 6th man role is okay but we hope minutes go up to the 30s soon.

  • Ja Morant sat out this one which means- the best backup in the NBA went to work. Tyus Jones did his thing but it's probably a 1 game thing.

  • Brandon Clarke got hit by foul trouble but there are encouraging signs with him. Santi's struggles continue and though he is still a hold, it's not an easy decision anymore in 12T leagues.

  • Kelly Olynyk bounce back again and together with Brook Lopez, it makes us older guys feel good about ourselves. Conley rested so Sexton got the start and had an empty 19 points. This is what he is in fantasy which makes him a so-so hold.

INJURIES AND STREAMERS

  • DeAndre Ayton's out for a week- and my bet is Bismack Biyombo to start. In 13 games w/o Ayton, he averaged 13P 8R 1.3B a game- I'd add.

  • Jabari Smith popped out of the injury report. With Eric Gordon resting tomorrow, Tari Eason and KJ Martin should get a bigger role. I'd try to stream Eason to see if he can finally breakout.

  • Devin Vassell and Darius Garland are still out tomorrow. Zion Williamson, Josh Richardson are also Questionable. Spurs will be undermanned, let's look out for Blake Wesley while Naji Marshall might get another start for the Pels.

  • Kawhi's apparently not sure for tomorrow either, so owners just got to extend their patience longer.
